This site does not run analytics, a tag manager, or an advertising pixel, and it does not set tracking cookies. We do not maintain a visitor profile of you. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes standard server request data such as IP address and user agent for delivery and security purposes, as any web host does.
If you email us or message the WhatsApp number listed on this site, we receive whatever you choose to send — typically your name, contact details, and a description of your business need. We use it only to reply and to assess whether we can help. WhatsApp messages are delivered through Meta's WhatsApp platform and are subject to Meta's own privacy terms.
Payments are processed by Razorpay. Card, UPI, and banking details are entered on Razorpay's systems and are never seen or stored by AtherFlow — we receive only the confirmation, the amount, and the associated order reference. Razorpay's handling of that data is governed by their privacy policy.
Where we manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, or LinkedIn Ads for a client, we access campaign and conversion data inside accounts the client owns. That data is used solely to deliver and report on the engagement. We do not sell personal data, and we do not move one client's data into another client's account.
Enquiry correspondence is kept while the conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you return. Client and billing records are kept for as long as required for tax and statutory purposes. You can ask us to delete anything not subject to a legal retention requirement.
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, by emailing hello@atherflow.com. You can stop WhatsApp contact at any time by telling us to stop, or by blocking the number.
If our data practices change — for example if we add analytics or a contact form — this page is updated in the same change, and the date above will reflect it.
