AtherFlow provides performance marketing, advertising management, and AI automation services. These are the standard terms; the specifics of any engagement are set out in its own proposal or contract, which takes precedence where the two differ.

AtherFlow is a brand of Aruhi Trade Company, a registered proprietorship (GSTIN 33AEYPV0961R2ZB), registered office Ground Floor, No. 19/30, Nehru Street, Fort, Erode, Tamil Nadu 638001, India.
What is included is defined per engagement in the proposal or contract for that engagement — which channels are managed, which systems are built, and what is delivered. Anything outside that document is not part of the engagement unless agreed in writing.
Fees and the payment schedule are set per engagement. Payments made through this site are processed by Razorpay. Advertising spend is separate from our fees and is paid by you directly to Google, Meta, LinkedIn, or the relevant platform, from accounts you own. We do not mark up media spend.
Advertising accounts, tracking configurations, campaign history, lead data, and any website delivered as part of an engagement remain yours. If the engagement ends, those assets stay with you. We retain the right to reuse our own underlying tooling, templates, and methods across engagements.
We commit to the work described in the engagement — campaigns built and managed to the agreed standard, with conversion tracking verified before spend begins. We do not guarantee specific rankings, lead volumes, revenue, or return on ad spend, and you should treat any agency that does with suspicion. Advertising outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including your pricing, your market, and your team's response to the leads generated.
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the claims, offers, credentials, and materials you ask us to advertise, and for holding any licence or registration your sector requires. We write copy to the information you supply and will not publish claims you cannot substantiate, but we are not a legal or regulatory compliance service.
AtherFlow is not liable for changes in third-party platform policies, pricing, algorithms, approval decisions, or availability — including Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Razorpay, and WhatsApp — that affect campaign performance or system behaviour. Where a platform rejects an ad or account, we will work with you to resolve it, but the platform's decision is theirs.
ARIA and PULSE respond automatically using the information you provide during setup. They handle enquiry capture, qualification, and scheduling. They are not a substitute for professional, medical, legal, or financial advice, and must not be configured to give it. You are responsible for reviewing the information they are given.
Each party keeps the other's non-public business information confidential. We will not name you as a client or publish your results without your permission.
Either party may terminate with the notice period stated in the engagement. Fees for work already performed remain payable, and setup fees covering a completed build are non-refundable once that build is delivered.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Tamil Nadu.
